Submitting a request does not automatically enroll you in promotional email or text-message marketing.

How We Share Information

N.B.C. may share information only when reasonably necessary with:

Information submitted for a Concierge Service request will be used to review, price, coordinate, and fulfill the requested service.

Only the information reasonably necessary to complete an approved pickup or delivery will be shared with the applicable third-party business.

Customers should communicate prescription instructions, allergy concerns, dietary restrictions, product compatibility questions, and other sensitive information directly to the original provider. N.B.C. does not provide medical advice or independently verify product suitability.

Payment Information

The website does not currently request payment-card information through its reservation or Concierge Service forms.

If online payment processing is introduced, payment information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor under that provider's privacy and security practices. N.B.C. should not receive or store a customer's complete payment-card number unless explicitly disclosed through an updated policy.
