Service Locations

N.B.C. currently provides confirmed Beach Experiences at:

  • Lowdermilk Beach
  • Naples Beach
  • Vanderbilt Beach

Service is limited to approved public-access areas where N.B.C. can operate safely and in accordance with applicable requirements. A requested beach, access point, or setup location is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Public-Beach Placement

N.B.C. cannot reserve or guarantee an exclusive section of a public beach. Exact placement depends on available space, tides, weather, crowds, wildlife protections, public access, and instructions from local authorities.

Customers are responsible for transportation, parking, parking charges, and timely arrival at the confirmed location.

Service Schedule

Beach Experience start times are available from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Standard experiences last four hours. Approved one-hour extensions must end no later than 5:00 p.m.

Concierge Services are available from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., subject to date, location, vendor, item, and service-capacity availability. An "As Soon as Available" request does not guarantee immediate fulfillment or a specific delivery time.

Concierge Pickup and Delivery

Standard local pickup and delivery includes a $25 service fee plus the actual cost of the requested items.

The standard fee covers one approved pickup-and-delivery request to Lowdermilk Beach, Naples Beach, or Vanderbilt Beach. Multiple stops, unusual distances, large orders, parking expenses, special handling, equipment requests, or complex requests may require additional charges.

N.B.C. will disclose the expected charges and obtain customer approval before purchasing requested items.

N.B.C. may decline a pharmacy or other restricted pickup when identification, authorization, provider requirements, privacy concerns, or applicable rules prevent fulfillment. N.B.C. does not provide medical advice or select prescription substitutions.

Service Limitations

N.B.C. may decline any request that is unavailable, unsafe, prohibited, outside the service area, inconsistent with beach requirements, or beyond N.B.C.'s operational capacity.

N.B.C. does not guarantee vendor inventory, restaurant preparation times, traffic conditions, parking availability, beach access, or third-party service performance.

Public beach operating hours do not represent N.B.C.'s business operating schedule. All services must fall within both the applicable public-access requirements and N.B.C.'s confirmed availability.
