Cancellation and Weather Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy applies to all confirmed N.B.C. Beach Experiences, Experience Enhancements, and applicable Concierge Service requests.
Reservation Confirmation
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee service. A reservation becomes confirmed only after N.B.C. reviews availability, provides written confirmation, and receives any required payment.
Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the confirmed start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed start time and guest no-shows are nonrefundable.
- Specially purchased items, personalized celebration materials, completed Concierge Service purchases, and other costs already incurred for the customer are nonrefundable.
- Changes to the date, start time, beach, experience, guest count, or enhancements are subject to availability and are not effective until confirmed by N.B.C. in writing.
Weather and Beach Conditions
N.B.C. monitors weather, lightning, wind, surf, beach access, and other conditions that may affect safe service. N.B.C. may delay, relocate, shorten, reschedule, suspend, or cancel service when conditions are unsafe or public access is restricted.
If N.B.C. cancels an experience before it begins, the customer may choose either a full refund or transfer of the amount paid to an available future date.
If unsafe conditions require an experience to end after service has begun, N.B.C. will determine an appropriate prorated credit based on the unused reservation time and services already completed.
Brief rain, cloud cover, temperature changes, wind, insects, water conditions, or other normal outdoor conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund. If N.B.C. remains able to provide the service safely and the customer chooses not to attend, the standard customer-cancellation terms apply.
Government closures, emergency orders, lightning warnings, and instructions from beach or public-safety officials take priority over every reservation.
