Arrival Timing Policy

N.B.C. Beach Experiences are offered with scheduled start times of 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., or 12:00 p.m. Each standard experience includes four reserved hours.

The Add an Hour enhancement is subject to availability. All Beach Experiences, including approved extensions, must end no later than 5:00 p.m.

Availability varies by date, beach, conditions, and confirmed service capacity.

Each reservation confirmation will identify the date, beach, start time, end time, and arrival instructions. N.B.C. prepares the setup before the confirmed start time.

Guests should arrive at the confirmed start time. Early arrival does not guarantee that the setup will be complete or available for use.

Guests must remain reachable through the phone number provided with the reservation. Final location and arrival guidance will be sent before the scheduled start time.

The reservation begins and ends at the times stated in the written confirmation. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time or reduce the reservation price.

An extension must be requested and approved before the confirmed end time. Extensions are subject to availability, the applicable enhancement charge, and the 5:00 p.m. latest ending time.

If guests choose to leave early, they should notify N.B.C. so equipment removal can be coordinated. Early departure does not qualify for a refund or prorated price reduction.
